Detwiler's is proud to offer an Express Drive-Thru service! This service allows you to shop from over 125+ items throughout our store. Below you can find our order form (updated daily). You can print and fill it out ahead of time (or get an order form while in our drive-thru line), then get in our drive-thru lanes for your order to be pulled. We offer contactless payment and loading. You never leave the car! More frequently asked questions can be found below.

Q. What location(s) have the express drive-thru?
A. It's available at Palmetto (1800 US 301, Palmetto) and Clark Rd (2881 Clark Rd, Sarasota).

A. Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm
Q. What kinds of products can I order?
A. We'll have a list of about 125+ of the top selling items across the store. We've taken in consideration the top essentials for customers in need. These items may change daily along with pricing. Make sure you check our website for the most recent pricing sheet with the correct date.
Q. Can I call in my order?
A. We are not accepting phone calls currently. You can print and fill out the form before you arrive, or you can fill out your order while in the drive-thru line.
Q. Can I email my order?
A. We are not accepting emails currently. The only way to order is in our drive-thru line.
Q. Can I add on extra items not on the order form?
A. Currently we do not accept addons that are not on the order form. We have everything set up in certain way to maximize speed and accuracy. If you have a suggestion, please let us know.
Q. How long does it take to get my order once it is turned in?
A. We've been averaging 5-8 mins per order sometimes less depending on the size.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We prefer credit card, but we also accept Apple Pay, EBT and NFC payments (contactless credit card). We're trying not to have cash transactions to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
Q. What if my order is wrong or missing item(s)?
A. Please contact us immediately by phone 941-378-2727 and listen for your location’s extension. We will get what you need delivered to you as soon as we can. Or you can come back in line with your receipt and let the staff know what happened. You will become first priority. We will make it right!
Q. When will this drive-thru option be available at other locations?
A. At this time it is only available at the two locations. We are working on online ordering/curbside pickup that will launch very soon. It will eventually be available at most stores.
Q. Does this mean your store is closed to walk-in shopping?
A. NO, we are still open regular hours for walk-in shopping plus senior, disabled, and those at-risk can shop from 7a to 8a Mon-Sat.
